No Guarantee of Approval
We cannot guarantee that using our service will result in insurance approval for any medical procedure. Insurance decisions are made by insurance companies based on their criteria and policies.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is requested only after a human reviewer confirms we have sufficient information to proceed. Once a script is delivered, payments are non-refundable.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and using our scripts only as intended—as a communication tool with your doctor. You should not submit information on behalf of another person without their consent.
